Roles & Responsibilities of Skill Enhancement Committee :<\/strong>

\n3.Budget Management: Create and manage the budget for training and development initiatives.

\n6.Evaluation and Feedback: Collect feedback from participants to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
